Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Los Panas Kitchen Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and receive and store deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers and ovens, and maintain them in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30-50 hours per week. Public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, with overtime required at times. The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and repetitive tasks.
