Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our grounds, ensuring they are well-manicured and safe for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials required for grounds maintenance projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including logs and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including driver's license checks and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
