Job Title: Groundskeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc.

Job Summary:

The Groundskeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor facilities, including lawns, gardens, and other green spaces. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for horticulture and outdoor maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate grounds maintenance activities, including lawn mowing, pruning, and weeding.
  • Supervise a team of groundskeepers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance projects, including landscaping and hardscaping.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that grounds maintenance activities align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
