We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Governance Specialist to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. in Montreal, Canada.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a combination of on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing MDG practice activities, ensuring delivery of services and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage MDG practice activities, including roadmap development and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure delivery of services and support business development initiatives.
  • Manage the team's staffing plan and coordinate recruitment linked to the MDG market.
  • Monitor the team's structure, roles, and responsibilities, as well as work processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, prioritize, and ensure delivery of associated improvement projects.
  • Develop and coach team members, and manage partners required for the delivery of MDG services.
  • Foster a positive work environment and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological monitoring of solutions.
  • Network in the sector and participate in events related to the practice.
  • Promote the MDG practice through article writing.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, administration, or any other relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in data management and data migration during ERP deployment projects (ideally SAP).
  • Good knowledge of governance areas and consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP solutions and different data objects in a manufacturing environment or experience leading a team of data primes.
  • Resource management and coaching skills.
  • Leadership skills and creativity in solving complex problems.
  • Expertise in Excel, including data analysis tools.
  • Excellent customer approach, autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Meticulousness and passion for teamwork.
  • Bilingual (French and English).

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits that include health and dental insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

This role is based in Montreal, Canada, with a combination of on-site and remote work requirements.
