Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JF Restaurant Corp.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.
