Job Summary

Thunderbal Distributors Ltd is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our warehouse team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
  • Material Movement: Move products and materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products and materials for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.
Work Environment

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and heavy lifting. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, and kneel frequently.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
