Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at TRANSCO FREIGHTWAYS LTD. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
  • Operating a variety of equipment to move materials and products
  • Weighing materials and goods
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Packing and unpacking goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Storing cargo and materials
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Using computerized inventory control systems to manage inventories
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30-40 hours per week
