AutoCanada is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role:

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our visitors, handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or team member, and assisting customers with inquiries and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
  • Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our vehicles and services.
  • Licensing Duties: Handle the processing and verification of vehicle registration and licensing paperwork, ensuring compliance.
  • Organizational Guru: Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the sales and service teams to facilitate seamless operations and customer experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Utilize our CRM system to manage appointments, customer data, and communications.
