Client Experience Coordinator

AutoCanada is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role:
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our visitors, handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or team member, and assisting customers with inquiries and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member, providing clear and accurate information.
- Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our vehicles and services.
- Licensing Duties: Handle the processing and verification of vehicle registration and licensing paperwork, ensuring compliance.
- Organizational Guru: Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the sales and service teams to facilitate seamless operations and customer experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Utilize our CRM system to manage appointments, customer data, and communications.

- A friendly, outgoing candidate with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of cars and the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
