- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied and loyal.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Store Operations: Authorize returns, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
