Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and planning of logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and process communications, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide support for tasks such as document review and updating shipping records.
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including the creation of basic transportation orders and the tracking of shipments.
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Utilize World Courier's systems and tools to meet requirements and provide clear instructions in the order file.
  • Be flexible with work hours, as World Courier operates 24/7 and may require overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer care, coupled with a High School diploma.
  • Potential for travel to various destinations worldwide.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
