Job Title: Key Account Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Account Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving eCommerce sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily follow-up with customers and respond to all internal/external customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities in the current portfolio for future growth.
  • Interact daily with team members, managers, customers, branch managers, and account managers.
  • Support all responsible quotes & orders, ensuring the accuracy of the information and communicating to the internal team.
  • Prepare quotations on jobs offering pricing, delivery, and availability of stock & non-stock items.
  • Promote products and services to customers and provide substitutions and/or solutions where required.
  • Process customer orders to completion in accordance with companies' policies and procedures.
  • Continued education of product and industry knowledge through internal and external sources.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Foster open communication between all internal business partners, both internal and external.
  • Maintain product knowledge and expertise with all Rexel's Digital Tools & websites.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Outlook) and aptitude required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
