Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Associate to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their banking requirements. You'll be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs
- Processing transactions and managing customer accounts
- Nurturing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty
- Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with our mobile banking applications and assisting customers in managing their banking needs
