Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Key Account
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Westburne. As a Key Account Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within the current portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Promote products and services to customers, providing solutions and substitutions as needed.
- Continuously educate yourself on product and industry knowledge through internal and external sources.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills and aptitude required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
