We specialize in road construction, asphalt paving, aggregate production, hot mix asphalt, and ready-mix concrete supply. Our company also acts as a general contractor on civil construction projects, including excavation, utilities, concrete placement, sidewalks, and curbs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the management and coordination of highway paving projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing highway paving operations. This is a field-based role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with all OH&S Regulations, Safety Policy, and internal policies.
    • Lead by example and promote a positive safety culture among field staff and management.
    • Participate in tailgate safety meetings and hazard assessments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise Foremen and staff to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Coordinate logistics, materials, equipment, labour, and subcontractors.
    • Assist in preparing project master schedules and review work progress.
    • Liaise with stakeholders regarding safety, project progress, scheduling, change orders, and other project issues.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to read and understand project specs and contract documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and clean current drivers abstract.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, in-house training, and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and growing organization.
