**Mission**:
Pittman Asphalt, part of the Terus Construction group, is looking for a Rakerman based in Prince George, BC.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of surface utilizing an asphalt crack router to open surface cracks prior to filling.
- Application of crack fill material utilizing a crack seal kettle and a wand.
- Application of seal coat material utilizing a long handled squeegee and/or spray wand.
- Manual labour including shovelling, and raking.
- Occasional equipment operation; including a skid steer or highway broom.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Prefer 1-2 seasons experience as a rakerman/labourer on municipal & industrial/commercial base & pave projects.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Be able to work overtime when required.
- Must have strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Communication skills; Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
