We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Skyland Painting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks and holes
- Mix paint to desired color and texture
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
- Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Hand-eye coordination
