We are seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Administrator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing and Management
  • Full Cycle Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • File Closing and Legal Compliance
  • Records Maintenance and Management
  • Trust Accounting and Financial Analysis
  • Supervision of AP/AR processes and staff
  • Year End accounting processing and Auditing
  • Benefits Administration and Vendor Management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a law office setting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and management, preferably in a legal or regulated industry
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Leap
  • Exceptional communication skills (in person/on the phone)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, prioritization
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Treasury experience
  • Benefits Administration experience
  • Vendor Management experience
