Job Title: Appointment CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with our service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments and manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Review and confirm appointments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with customers to inform them of outstanding recalls or campaigns and book required appointments
- Offer alternative dates and times to customers who are unavailable for scheduled appointments
- Monitor incoming email appointments and book as necessary
- Conduct follow-ups with service customers to determine and document the quality of their visit
- Update customer information on file and report any customer complaints to the Service Manager
- 2 years of experience in customer relations
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Some knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories
- Good computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized appointment system
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment
