Job Summary

CIBC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Investor Services Inc team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients via phone and online channels, providing exceptional support and resolving client issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for clients by recognizing and accurately assessing their needs, focusing on each client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
  • Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client's shoes to act like an owner and take accountability for client issues, knowing when to lean on others to find solutions.
  • Deeply understand the ISI products and Investor's Edge platform to ensure clients receive exceptional support.
  • Effectively complete client requests, understanding that the client's time is valuable, and navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors with ease.
