Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as an Onsite Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Incora at customer production sites and interact with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers
  • Maintain and replenish customer supply locations
  • Monitor stock levels, resolve inventory and product discrepancies, and expedite critical needs in support of customer requirements
  • Act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels and resolving issues
  • Perform daily product to end user location maintenance and required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials
Requirements
  • High school graduate with proven customer service and interaction skills
  • Direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
