Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on process improvement tools and techniques.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address operational issues.
- Establish and maintain process standards and metrics to measure performance.
- Proven experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with lean and/or TPM tools, as well as data analytics software.
- Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred.
