Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. We are a recognized employer and offer a work environment that is supportive and inclusive.
