We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biological Scientist to join our team at the University Health Network. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading and conducting research in the field of biological sciences, with a focus on neuroscience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and conduct research in the field of biological sciences, with a focus on neuroscience
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers and students
- Develop and implement research plans and strategies
- Collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders to advance research goals
- Prepare and submit research proposals and reports
- Recruit and manage research teams
- Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with the latest research in the field
- PhD in Biological Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research and development
- Proven track record of leading and conducting research in the field of biological sciences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
