Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to understand their insurance needs and provide recommendations.
- Process policy changes, additions, and deletions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and processed on time.
- Collaborate with insurance company personnel to resolve client issues and ensure seamless policy administration.
- Act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance and Financial, and insurance companies, balancing the interests of all parties involved.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using broker management systems, such as EPIC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
