Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Process additions, deletions, or changes to clients' policies on the EPIC broker management system.
- Ensure all transactions and renewals are accurately and timely processed.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance, and insurance companies, balancing their interests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Function as part of a team responsible for assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and other tasks as required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
