About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at APTECH PRECISION MACHINING INC. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and quality of our manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Machine Tool Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Setup and Adjustment of Production Machinery: Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet specific production requirements.
  • Component Assembly and Inspection: Assemble and inspect components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintaining accurate inspection records and completing inspection reports.
  • Measurement and Verification: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Machine Operation and Setup: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Product Inspection and Quality Control: Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong educational background in a relevant discipline.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Possess the required certifications and qualifications for the role, as indicated in the job posting.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
