Job Summary

JobCart Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in St. Catharines, ON. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in Ontario, identifying sales opportunities, and providing strategic advertising consultations to increase customer investment and campaign value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling and proactive outreach.
  • Research and identify potential customers, and contact decision-makers to provide value-added services and increase customer investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to optimize their online advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure JobCart Inc remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm.
  • 35-44 hours per week.
  • Shift bids will be placed to determine the schedule.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
