Senior Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Altis Recruitment. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with small to medium-sized businesses to enhance their online advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: Make high-volume outbound calls to existing clients to optimize their online advertising and increase their investment.
- Client Interaction: Speak with decision-makers to provide strategic advertising advice and capture sales opportunities that align with client goals.
- Consultation: Develop and maintain relationships through multiple calls over the quarter to drive sales growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- High Productivity: Spend most of the day on calls, aiming for 5+ full value calls daily minutes each.
- Multi-tasking: Use multiple computer windows effectively while managing client interactions.
- Proactive Outreach: Perform cold calls, follow up with clients, and participate in training and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to sales and client relationships.
- High Volume of Calls: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently.
What We Offer:
- Comprehensive Training: 8-week program consisting of 4 weeks of classroom training and 4 weeks of live practice with support from trainers and team leads.

Location: This role is based in St. Catharines, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am - 6:30 pm, and a total of 35-44 hours per week.
