About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Developer to join our Integrated Global Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Collaborate with our Account Managers to support projects and optimize sales opportunities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of a project
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing client processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to our ServiceNow support team
  • Provide ServiceNow platform training and mentorship to other team members
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience designing and deploying ServiceNow platform technology
  • ~5+ years of experience supporting ITSM, CSM, and domain-separated instances of ServiceNow
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation and training skills
  • ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) or Service Provider Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SP) certification
