Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our Service Management Technology team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the ServiceNow platform to support Scotiabank's Service Management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide technical direction for design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver complete solutions for customers
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and training
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and comfortable in a dynamic technical organization
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development
  • Broad experience with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps)
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
