We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our Integrated Global Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) product suite.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support projects and optimize sales opportunities in key accounts.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing client processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience designing and deploying ServiceNow platform technology.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
  • ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) or equivalent certification.
