Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our team in managing and enhancing our current Salesforce instance, while overseeing integrations with other corporate systems.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Salesforce instance management, solution design, and integration oversight, as well as a passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for:

  • Managing and enhancing our current Salesforce instance
  • Overseeing integrations with other corporate systems
  • Leading efforts to optimize our Salesforce environment
  • Ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Providing technical leadership to teams
  • Fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
  • Leading and managing a team of Salesforce Administrators
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations
Requirements

The Salesforce Solution Architect will have:

  • Significant experience with Salesforce instance management, solution design, and integration oversight
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and data modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration techniques
  • Experience leading and executing with Complex Salesforce + ERP integrations
  • Technical Leadership experience
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems to ensure data consistency and proven workflows
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset to address complex technical challenges
  • A commitment to staying updated with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
