Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our team in managing and enhancing our current Salesforce instance. This pivotal role requires expertise in solution design, integration oversight, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance our current Salesforce instance
  • Oversee integrations with other corporate systems
  • Lead efforts to optimize our Salesforce environment
  • Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Provide technical leadership to teams
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Significant experience with Salesforce instance management, solution design, and integration oversight
  • Comfortable with stakeholder collaboration and team management
  • Comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations
  • Passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Salesforce-specific certifications (such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM221), or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Unlimited and Integration Tools
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and data modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration techniques
  • Experience leading and executing with Complex Salesforce + ERP integrations
