Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the management and enhancement of our current Salesforce instance, as well as oversee integrations with other corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to optimize our Salesforce environment and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee seamless application integrations and ensure data consistency.
  • Provide technical leadership to teams and foster collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators and ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement within our Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience with Salesforce instance management, solution design, and integration oversight.
  • Comfortable with stakeholder collaboration and team management.
  • Comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Salesforce-specific certifications (such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM221), or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Unlimited and Integration Tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and data modeling.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
  • Experience leading and executing with Complex Salesforce + ERP integrations.
