Job Summary: As an Administrative Coordinator at WISECONOMY WEALTH SOLUTIONS INC., you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and overseeing office administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in the private sector.
Work Environment:
- Private sector work environment.
- Public transportation available.
