Administrative Coordinator

At JMG CARRIER LTD, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures and processes
- Reviewing and evaluating existing administrative procedures and recommending improvements
- Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Coordinating office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing training and support to staff members
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
