Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WUN Restaurant Limited Partnership. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
