Food Service Manager

WUN Restaurant Limited Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to ensure that our food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment.
