Bakery Operations Manager

Buns Master Bakery is seeking a highly skilled Bakery Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and leadership, with the ability to manage a team and maintain high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders.
- Supervise and train baking personnel to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Manage inventory and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in a baking or pastry role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques and ingredients.
