Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Buns Master Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of bakers and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Scheduling: Schedule staff to ensure that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
