Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Buns Master Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality, taste, and appearance.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Scheduling: Schedule staff to meet production demands and maintain a smooth workflow.
