Mental Health Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Professional to join our team in a Full Time Domestic Employment role. As an Autism support worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with children with autism, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development;
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans for each child's care;
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians;
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education) or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
- A competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards);
