Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Professional to join our team in a Full Time Domestic Employment role. As an Autism support worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with children with autism, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development;
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans for each child's care;
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians;
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education) or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
