Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and prioritize business requirements.
