About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our service technicians and sales consultants to oversee the client order administration process.
  • Deliver excellent communication between clients, therapists, and funders, ensuring accurate information is presented to our guests.
  • Update all databases using our Navision software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Schedule and coordinate the work of our service technicians using Jobber software.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client registration, is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of rental or custom equipment for our clients, as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
  • Flexibility and organization: Deadline-driven and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as they come up throughout the day.
  • Empathy and respect: Ability to be empathetic to our client's needs and circumstances, and navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases. Experience with Jobber and Navision is an asset.
  • Clean criminal background check and bondable.
