Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Technologist to join our team at BC Hydro. As an Electrical Engineering Technologist, you will play a key role in designing and developing electrical distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical distribution systems to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our systems remain state-of-the-art.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical distribution systems design and development.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
