We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Onyx Guard Services Inc. as a key member of our security operations team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel, ensuring that they are equipped to handle emergency situations effectively, and providing guidance and support to resolve work-related issues.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel as needed.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and develop security personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security personnel are working in a safe and efficient manner.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as security management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with security personnel and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
