Security Supervisor

- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients.
- Develop and implement security protocols to minimize risk and prevent potential threats.
- Train and mentor security guards on safety procedures, company policies, and emergency response protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security guards, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in security management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully supervising and leading security teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Education and Certifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Security Guard License.
