Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Prokare Support Services Inc. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medical Support: Provide basic medical care, including administering medications, changing wound dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Household Tasks: Assist with household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
