About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Designer to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our Land Development team, you will be responsible for designing and managing land development projects throughout Ontario, with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage land development projects from preliminary to detailed stages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present project reports and recommendations to senior management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, architecture, urban planning)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in land development or a related field
  • Strong design and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
