Branch Sales Manager

Drake International is seeking a highly skilled Branch Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving net revenue growth and standard profit performance by developing and implementing sales, service, and financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement approved annual forecasts and marketing plans along with capital expenditure requests.
- Ensure fee structures and standard net margins are adhered to.
- Set up and assign territories to Sales and Consulting Staff in accordance with Standard Policy guidelines.
- Approve and develop principles for client account assignment.
- Maintain a strong public relations image with clients, the public, and government agencies.
- Set and adhere to budgets and monitor recruitment advertising.
- Review competitive pricing at least semi-annually.
- Analyze and implement corrective action on areas not meeting corporate strategies and standards.
- Minimum 5 years' Business-to-Business sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years' management experience in a medium-sized company.
- Proven success record of achieving revenue and profit objectives.
- Proven success in strategic and budgetary planning.
- Knowledge of and commitment to total quality management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, etc.)
